I come from the graphic design world, working for a small newspaper in California, it was my job to do design layout and advertisements. Realtors were my biggest customers. I loved putting together ads that showed off their homes for sale, this is when I started to realize I would love matching buyers with sellers. I believe you have to love the product you are selling in order to give exceptional customer service.
Little did I know life was already teaching me the many aspects of the real estate market. We bought our first home, sold our first home and bought a second home. Sold again, moved to Arizona to enable our kids to attend outstanding colleges and universities.
I know a thing or two because I have been through a thing or two... Leased a home, bought a 3rd home in a bad market and had a horrible uneducated, inexperienced money hungry Agent (our fault for not interviewing them first). Leased our home, had to go through the eviction process with a tenant for non-payment and destruction of property. Ended up foreclosing (due to bad lending practices) this lender is no longer in business. To make things a bit worse, we lost our jobs and had a short sale on our 4th home. Apparently we had not learned the lesson being taught and experienced filing for bankruptcy, then credit repair. Life experiences have taught me a lot about Real Estate, Finances and the compassion necessary to help guide, educate and advise my clients for the best possible outcome.
I'm human and I care about what happens to families. Real Estate school alone does NOT teach you real world life experiences, my life has prepared me to be a great Real Estate Agent with exceptional customer service. In addition, with my 11 years and counting experience in Real Estate, you will be treated like royalty when you work with me. I am the Realtor with real life experiences that looks out for number 1, YOU! It is my goal to be your Realtor for Life!
I will provide you with a step-by-step book and guide you through the process of buying or selling a home or coordinate the sale and purchase at the same time to/from any state. You will know you will want me to represent you the day we first meet!
